Most Individuals are Pleasant, but Office Drama Is Annoying

-good benefits -casual, hip/geek milieu -most people are friendly -you learn a lot about the web hosting industry -willing to promote people if they deserve it

Cons

-office drama can get nasty (and get people fired) -my pay was not upgraded after a promotion -termites in the ceiling

Culture is fantastic and the upper management are all very nice, good, caring people. Pay is great. Free food all the time. Lots of fun company events.

Cons

Lots of socially stunted people. i.e. nerds. Lots of complainers that complain about the most trivial details.
