      Pros

      MediaMath is an amazing, innovative company - A true pioneer in the space. They are cognizant of their employees, their values, and constantly looking for ways to stay on top of the market. The Marketing Engineer Program is the only rotational program (of my knowledge) within the industry. It is amazing how much I have learned throughout my 10 weeks in the program. MEPs are given real responsibility that affects bottom-line business and company growth, while providing amble opportunities to learn. It has been an incredibly opportunity.

      Cons

      No cons as of now. It has been difficult juggling different cultures within MediaMath's 3 offices in the city but I think that will be resolved when we move into 4 WTC.

      Pros

      Employees are incredibly empowered here. You have an idea to make things better, great, present it! Decisions are made very quickly and the company is very agile, so if you like moving at a fast pace and getting things done quickly, this place is right for you . Most of the management truly supports the employee experience and wants employees to love working here. They take feedback pretty seriously and really use it to try and improve things at MediaMath.

      Cons

      The pay is not competitive and is below where it needs to be. Please stop trying to “sell” us on equity making up for the difference. While it’s certainly great in theory, for the majority of us it means nothing right now when we’re trying to make ends meet in some of the most expensive cities in the world.

      - Good progression - Excellent training programs - Flat Hierarchy - Friendly and lively culture - Excellent perks (food, massages, Health insurance, Travel Insurance) - Regular Social and team bonding events (Karaoke, Football Matches, Wine and Cheese nights)

      Cons

      - Not enough CSR - A lot of different processes for basic tasks
