      Joined MediaMath recently with very positive impressions. In terms of job scope and professional development, MediaMath provides with very good opportunities to utilize your skills, recognize your potential, provides the space and all tools that you need to do your job well. The work environment is very open – minded, professional and relaxed at the same time. MediaMath promotes work- life balance. There are great benefits like flexible work hours, free food, company drinks and team building. Healthy work culture where you will grow professionally and personally.

      Pros

      People work hard and collaborate - performance expectations are really high which motivates me to do my best. Good benefits. Thorough training and onboarding to help those who are new to the industry. Industry leader. Fun culture: events, office snacks/drinks, recognition program, etc.

      Cons

      With so much growth, there is opportunity for improvement in the way projects are organized and prioritized - the goal setting and performance management program seems to be helping with this!

      Pros

      Smart people and super helpful. Everyone is very motivated and driven. Unlimited vacation policy and very flexible.

      Cons

      Benefits/pay not comparable to market. Management lacks training.
