"Unlimited Vacation" (in quotes) and other benifits

Cons

No work life balance, if you are an analyst or a similar grade employee. Apparently higher level employees can "work" from home but if analysts take a day off it is frowned upon. Managers can call about the progress of the work on a weekend at 7pm and thats ok but if you take an hour off for a doctors appointment thats not allowed

Lots of opportunities to make friends in the company - parties, sports events, charity challenges, nights out, nights in, etc. Senior management are human. There seems to be a lot of interest and support for employees' career-specific personal development. 'Easter eggs' every-so-often BUPA Pension Contributions Life Assurance Fortnightly Massages Free lunch every Friday

MediaMath is a great place to work because of its values. It respects personal and work life balance, enriching both simultaneously. This is a trait admired yet not often delivered.

Cons

The space in London is never quite large enough, we just keep on growing. New EMEA HQ would be appreciated
