      Pros

      - You'll be working with one of the best DSPs of the market and will work with very sophisticated technical projects alongside major global advertisers and agencies. - Fun atmosphere. Work hard - play hard style. A lot of drinks, food, party, etc. - You'll learn a lot about everything in Terminal1: 3rd party data providers, SSPs, Exchanges, Cross-device, mobile, Social, etc. You'll be given a crazy amount of trainings but will also have to present about MediaMath technology via their New Marketing Institute after 2 months. - Everyone is super friendly. Young crowd. - Clients are happy using TerminalOne, which will make your life much easier / pleasant.

      Cons

      - Too much free food - you'll get fat! - you NEED to be really dynamic. Don't forget - this is a tech American company - very fast pace. - you NEED to enjoy thinking outside the box. Every day is a new technical challenge so you won't have a routine and you will need to be very good managing your own time and doing your homework. - They expect you to ramp up really fast due to all face-to-face and online trainings provided.
