      Pros

      It's the best place for work literally the enviroment, the people and the facilities are the best. So many opportunities for people to develop and you are offered a very clear career path. Other benefits would include the social events such as Christmas and Summer parties, fortnightly massages, the free Friday lunches and the trust people invest in you.

      Cons

      Only downside of the London office would be the lack of space, the company has grown at such a rate that we have outgrown our office and also need to have Upcast under one roof with us.

      Pros

      Fast-paced, friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated team. Good work ethic and a real focus on getting the best out of its employees. There don't seem to be any hidden agendas and transparency, along with doing what's best for clients seem to be a very big part of the culture.

      Cons

      Training for new starters could be improved, since some of these individuals will be responsible for demonstrating the technology to clients. This would save time waiting for these employees to get up to speed before allowing them to go in front of clients. This is changing slowly however.

      Pros

      It was great while they cared about the employees. I met really amazing professionals there, including my last manager.

      Cons

      Between 2021 and 2023 they just started ignoring most people's needs. And they closed the business without paying what they owned to EMEA team by law but managed to transfer the money from the region back to USA to pay investors.
