      Pros

      Great flexibility and benefits. Great people. Finally starting to see more and more teams get on the same page, which was much needed. There is a strong vision and it is exciting to be here on the ground working hard together to make it happen, with great talented colleagues.

      Cons

      We need to keep focused on follow-through and executing what is planned. Good progress, but more needed.
