      Pros

      I started my nursing career there, we were a team back then and where I work now I love the girls and guys I work with and of course my boss!

      Cons

      There are no incentives to work there, some of the department heads never give a chance to an individual that has an advanced degree if they do not fit in with their status quo! They hire inexperienced Nursing educators that are of no help to the young nurses! They are always short handed !!

      Pros

      Lots of good people work here. Pay is above average for the area. Good parking. Security/Police are the best. Hard to find something good to say about the job though.

      Cons

      Always understaffed. Has been for many years. They always promise good ratios for the nursing staff, but rarely deliver. Department managers will lie to your face about getting help. They never help the staff. The building is always dirty.
