Pros
Your fellow co-workers. These are the people who you "go to war with" every day. Many pros that I would have mentioned have been discontinued in the past year.
Cons
Severely under staffed. Completely under appreciated by management and administration. They have taken away many benefits that employees felt worthwhile to stay in west Texas for. They talk about cutting costs but are building clinics around town like they are Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. Voted in closed session to discontinue retirees benefit to paid insurance leaving former employees scrambling to find insurance. They have NO regard for current, past or future employees.
