      Pros

      Great people to work with. One of the best teaching hospitals around this area. The system makes you keep updated in everything. Great nurse educators around. Good system that support each other. Good retirement plan. Always open to work extra.

      Cons

      High living expense in Odessa (apartment rent). Not competitive salary. Sometimes short-staffed

      Pros

      Very knowledgable staff, always available & easy to get along with. The docs are always willing to explain what they are doing & why.

      Cons

      A lot of them are still residents, but that's part of it and I do not mind teaching & answering questions.

      Pros

      nice bosses, normal 8-5 M-F, benefits work well for single workers or those with a full family however the services must be done at mch for full benefit

      Cons

      some policies are old and outdated, and the higher ups really dont give proper appreciation to the workers
