      Lots of hours, lots of experience, great people, new lifetime friends

      Cons

      Long hours are not good if you have a family.

      Overall I thought it was a poor hospital and I was very dissatified with how they treat there emploees.

      Pros

      They are a fairly little hospital and able to treat patients quickly. They have a med- chopper that can take you to the nearest or better hospital available 24/7.

      Cons

      I dont believe they take care of there employees very well. They are quick to fire and replace you and do not listen to your constructive critism.
