      Set schedule, rotation you know when you're going to work

      Cons

      Management don't do anything to make the work environment better, charge nurse on 5c does nothing but gossip and talk trash, the pay sucks, no upward movement. Sexual harrassers are promoted.

      Very good work/life balance Great people to work with You gain a variety of experience from pediatric to geriatric.

      Not much growth in the position. Very fast paced and demanding. Always shorthanded due to management.
