      The work from home benefit in today’s economy is a major win. We’re saving on gas and lunches

      Cons

      My current management is very micromanager. She just never stops breathing down your neck it feels like and she’s not reliable to ask questions Other than her. It’s just the feeling of constantly being told numbers aren’t being met which just hints at another big lay off coming soon. They also always bring up unlimited pto which isn’t true

      Pros

      Awesome people across the company to work with. Enthusiasm towards adopting new tech and revamping processes.

      Cons

      Leadership tends to keep things on the financial performance of the company quiet, which is why it was such a shock when the layoffs happened. New CEO, CTO, and CFO make things feel extremely unstable presently and I would not tell my friends to apply here until it appears they have their footing.

      Pros

      I would say the only pro was that it was 100% remote. Also, my teammates were friendly and helpful. I guess also unlimited pto but it was actually limited and there is no pay out when you leave.

      Cons

      The pay was lower than average and the pay raises felt like pocket change in this economy. It’s hard to get promoted because they play favoritism. There wasn’t much diversity. We had technical difficulties every week that would cause us to work overtime. Management expects you to do extra work like training/extra duties and you don’t ever get compensated for it. It’s not necessary for the whole payroll team to meet 4 days a week every week. I’m so glad that I got out when I did because my calendar was always full of meetings.
