      Pros

      My recruiter is probably the best recruiter I have ever had. She does a really amazing job of making me feel like I’m the her only client. Medical solution also offers an amazing retirement package, which I’ve been growing the last five years. I have recommended medical solution to multiple friends, and four of them have actually traveled with the company.

      Cons

      Work is what you make it. There’s always gonna be negative things but overwhelmingly having a good recruiter will honestly make or break your travel experience.
