Since the April 2025 integration into Medical Solutions, the company has completely gone downhill. Leadership makes up rules on the fly, provides no explanation, and expects blind compliance.
Asking questions is not just discouraged, it’s punished. In one company meeting that was explicitly held to answer employee questions, a top performing employee asked a reasonable question and was repeatedly muted in front of peers. Leadership put words in her mouth, misrepresented her question, and publicly shut her down. The incident was reported, and nothing meaningful followed, no real apology, no accountability, no change. It sent a clear message to everyone, leadership can behave however they want, and employees have no protection.
Anyone who actually cared about travelers, ethics, or doing the job right has already left or is trying to leave. Institutional knowledge is being wiped out in real time, and leadership doesn’t seem to care. Morale is nonexistent. Trust is gone. People are burned out, disengaged, and counting the days until they can leave. What used to be a people first company is now just another corporate machine run by executives who are completely disconnected from the reality of the work.
If you’re experienced, value transparency, or care about the people you support, this is not the place for you anymore.
