      Was a great company. 5 star then something changed

      Pros

      There were some good people here. Really was the best company I worked for. During the pandemic 2020-2021 they operated at a high level and adapted to the market needs and employee needs. Really pushed you to go get it and make like changing money.

      Cons

      Lost their way and take advantage of their employees hard work during the pandemic. Dont follow through with promises and commission structure changes were so drastic. Over an 85% reduction in commission and they want to give you more work. They told you to go get life changing money (working 12-16 hours per day which we didn't mind) to only tell you you made enough and now we think your hard work is worth way less.

      The pay is low compared to Omaha and National averages. Other tasks as assigned is used to force you to do the jobs of other departments, ie training, supervisors, quality. Supervisors will take your ideas and pass them off as your own or give them to others to claim credit. More focus on being friendly with everyone than actually hiring people that can do the job. Supervisors are too afraid to hurt peoples feelings by telling them about errors made. IT takes two weeks to one month to get back to you when needing help. Company is NOT loyal to employees that have been loyal to them. They promote their friends who have worked there a month over others that have been working for years.

      Cons

      I've been here less than a year, and I haven't heard a negative word come out of anyone's mouth. I can't think of one con and have stated my move to Medical Solutions has been life changing!
