      Pros

      Culture, casual dress code, flexibility with schedules, quarterly bonuses, employees are heard, work/home balance is second to none....bottom line is management TRULY cares about the employees and it shows with all the little perks. There are a lot of team building activities both in and out of the office. I can't say enough positive things about Medical Solutions. It is, by far, the best company I have ever worked for. :)

      Pros

      Everything! They treat their travelers SO well! I would never work for another travel company! My recruiter goes above and beyond.

      Cons

      I really can't think of anything to say. They go out of their way to fix any issue I've ever had!

      Medical Solutions is an inspirational place to work!

      Pros

      Medical Solutions is an awesome place to work--beginning with its Executive team and throughout the rest of the organization. The culture here is like no other place I've worked before. I'm not just recognized as an employee, but someone who adds value, talent and inspiration. In addition to standard life, medical benefits, etc., we have casual dress, group outings, concierge service, game room, strong company values, etc.. Our tagline is, "We work hard, but we play even harder...do you think you can handle it?"

      Cons

      Medical Solutions is growing, so we're experiencing things normally associated with corporate "growth-spurts" (real estate availability and addressing change management). Overall, these are great reasons to have this type of "con" circumstances.
