Pros

Medicus is a wonderful place to work. Everyone here has a great and positive energy about them that makes coming to work every day so great. Management and Senior Leadership are dedicated to making the company and it's people successful. Medicus and it's leaders focus a lot of time and energy on the employees. Our training and development for every job function is superb. Medicus works to make sure every employee is supported to be successful. Medicus also engages employees through events such as community service, a summer outing, and smaller monthly events like Bingo at lunch. Overall Medicus is a great place to work!

Cons

Sick days aren't separate from vacation time.

Pros

I am a full time employee at Medicus and have noticed how a positive work environment can make all the difference! Medicus strives, and succeeds with genuine employee appreciation, employee recognition, and communication. Super high pace work environment so there is always work to be done. Medicus provides a two week training with all new hires to go in depth on what the company stands for, values, job responsibilities and much more. The management team is very active in understanding employees feedback, then act on each situation to make the overall dynamic of the company better. It is an encouraging workplace that constantly aims for success which allows me to be excited to come into work everyday!

Cons

Can be stressful at times if you don't prioritize and keep your information organized. It is a demanding job so I wouldn't recommend this position to someone who isn't efficient under pressure.

Pros

Medicus is an amazing place to work. They truly care about the employees and there is a lot of room for growth. It is hard to find a company that invests so much into the culture and the success of the employees. I am very happy I made the decision to come here and I can see a lot of growth here for myself and the company.

Cons

None. It is great when you can come to work everyday knowing you work for a great company.
