The Culture. The People. The Environment. I was skeptical and nervous about transitioning to Medicus however, was met with open arms. The people here are realistic and care about everyone's success. The culture is all about paying for performance which means you have control of your results. And finally the people all care and reach out often to lend a helping hand. I left a comfortable leadership position in higher education to become an individual contributor and so far have been extremely pleased with the decision. There is so much opportunity to grow here. Looking forward to long term success here.

Senior leadership is very focused on culture & people. "How this change will impact people" is discussed in every strategic meeting. Company values include employee centricity, meritocracy, service & innovation. Those core values are discussed in every discussion at strategy sessions. Competitors are still trying to figure out how this company is growing so fast? One reason is that Medicus is nimble and very quick to react to client requests & pain points. Sales & recruiting strategies are aligned with client & physician challenges, so client loyalty is very strong here. Company has their own app called Medicus Fit so that employees can sign up for fitness classes in our onsite (free) state of the art gym. CEO & President understand the work that is happening in the trenches but are operating at highly strategic levels and are visionaries. They are not disconnected and are very keen on praising great work. Executives truly care about the people, the core values & the company. Not surprised this company wins "best place to work" awards.
