Pros
They have a nice building, good benefits and 401K, decent culture, open door policy with CEO who is willing to listen but sometimes turns a blind eye..
Cons
Extremely political and they know it. They boast meritocracy to mask the sneaky, slimy, politics that take place. There are three kinds of people who work here - 1) those who are "lifers" and have been with the company 5+ years. They are protected and get away with a lot that would send anyone else packing. These people have acquired many "legacy" accounts from others who have left over time. They don't do any work yet reap all the benefits and are put on a pedestal to try and encourage others to strive to be like them. The reality is that this small percentage of employees are positioned to always dominate, making it nearly impossible for anyone to ever compete. Yet they see this as a way to motivate the bottom half, it's all a smoke and mirror show. 2) those who work extremely hard and are underpaid, under appreciated and will never advance in the company unless someone at the top quits. They'll give you an award from time to time to keep you quiet but at the end of the day it doesn't make up for the lack of professional growth and extremely low compensation. Those who are motivated, determined, and bust their butt don't last longer than 2 years because they're usually the ones who are smart enough to realize they're treading water no matter how hard they swim. 3) those who are incompetent, immature, and full of drama. They seem to hire just about anyone off the street. These people aren't polished or professional and make you feel like you're back in high school or even worse, question your own intelligence for working side by side with such low talent. Lots of gossip, interoffice dating, bullies, and rumors. The strangest part is that all of this behavior is encouraged and never punished or frowned upon. Their reasoning is that they want to create an environment where people look forward to going to work everyday, even if that means you just go to work to socialize. Save yourself the time, sweat, and tears and get a real job because this place is a joke. Most of the reviews on here are from people who are either at the top and are given trips and cars or those who are at the bottom and are just thankful to have a job that serves alcohol and throws parties.
