      Some fun events, gym, perks if you are in sales.

      Management favors employees, work and home life balance is a joke. You get punished for taking pto.

      Free lunches, free coffee, sometimes there is alcohol

      Cons

      You have to know someone to move up. They promote mediocre recruiters to lead positions because this people are easily paid off (70-90K) year and then these people pound the "idea" of making a ton of money into fresh grads. This keeps those grads happy for about 2-3 years and then they move on. it's a good experience to get initially in your career, but not a place to stay.

      employees were seen as disposable, poor business practices, let upper management's lack of strategy reflect poorly on employees who were trying their best with the resources they were given
