      Pros

      Solid, growth company, energetic people here, lots of opportunity for advancement of you want it. Always getting into new areas of healthcare. Lots of employee meetings, whole company gets bonuses if certain numbers are met monthly, company parties are a blast. Company cares what employees think and lots of ways to get ideas to managers, they listen.

      Cons

      People that aren't cut out for a this environment are moved out quickly. High turnover, but the good people end up staying for a long time and do really well.

      Pros

      I love coming to work every day, my team is great. Everyone cares about doing a great job and is willing to stop what they are doing to help. Management are good examples of people that have been really successful and that motivates me. There is definitely a big focus on culture.

      Cons

      The job is hard. Not everyone can or wants to do it, but that does make it more rewarding for those who find their way to do well.

      Pros

      Great structure, awesome training, can grow into leadership as of 2015. New and past president is amazing. Great building and gym. Can make 100k by year 2-3.

      Cons

      -when you give your notice, don't professionally give a 2 or 1 week notice because they will tell you tomorrow is your last day and be with out pay and health benefits until you start your new gig. -because I've seen past colleagues that got a 30 day warning, medicus doesn't fire people, they push them out with a 30 day warning to obtain goals that are impossible to reach. Keep this in mind if your not hitting your numbers
