Through the wonderful mentor program initiated in my first year with the company, I was offered endless advise and support which I owe my success. I cannot say enough about the programs that have been developed to ensure as long as an effort is made success is inevitable. Medicus is a great place to work where like minded people share the same values. The culture is undeniable and you can feel it upon first walking through our doors. You will not run into a single person here unwilling to welcome a new hire onto the team. I love coming into work every day and no matter how challenging the day, I know that I have a great team behind me. I strongly recommend becoming part of the Medicus team.

There is an intense 5 week training system to help you get on your feet. Also through out your ramp up period building your database. There are continuous trainings to help grow your business. Another major Pro of Medicus, is the ability to grow and move with the company. Whether that be vertically or horizontally. The company is growing at a crazy rate and if you put the working you can grow as fast as you really want. With a strong belief in meritocracy the hardest workers are always recognized for the effort given.
