I have been working at Medicus for less than a year and it has been the best job I have had out of school. My boss and manager are very supportive and want you to succeed. The job is very challenging and stressful, but you can rely on the people in your team to help you out when you run into an issue. There is a lot of training, which is really helpful because once you are fully immersed in the job, you don't feel like you know nothing about your job. As a person, I also feel more confident since working at Medicus because I get positive and constructive feedback on how I am doing. I am very happy here and look forward to where the job takes me!

From day one administrators, managers, and peers are nothing but helpful and friendly; at Medicus you never have to be afraid to share your opinion or ask any questions. The interview process is thorough and very positive. I had sat down with several different people in many different roles in the company before starting here. Many of the questions I was asked were about if I could see my self working here or if I would be more interested in this position vs. the next. I could tell that they loved my personality and could see my accomplishments and they wanted to put me in a position that I would succeed the most in. So even from an interview stand point you can see the employee centricity standing out. I would definitely recommend working here to any of my closest friends and family.
