Although some of the base salaries may not be as desirable as some would like, if you are diligent and can consistently achieve monthly targets, you will be very successful. If you struggle with your goals, Medicus will try to provide the resources you need to help you succeed in your position. If that does not work, they will identify your strengths and help you find a seat in the company where they can be highlighted.
