Pros- High quality equipment, nice offices that are well stocked, good health benefit options, friendly co workers, nice holiday parties

Cons

Surprisingly immature in defined business processes, constant product name changes on top of new products released that are not quite ready for GA, management does just that, no true leadership or forward thinking except at the executive level. Forget about having a life, you're expected to complete ridiculous amounts of work and be available 24/7. Unlimited PTO is a joke. HR is completely inept in helping you with your "concerns". The Sales department is the only one that is compensated handsomely.

As we grow, we constantly evaluate our business processes to make sure we’re working as efficiently and effectively as we can. When we need to make adjustments, we do. Likewise, our HR team is focused on every stage of the employee experience and making sure employees have what they need to be successful at work and away from the office. Our award-winning culture, and positive feedback from our employees reflects that those efforts have largely been successful, and we consistently look for ways to add more value.

10 Years No Severance - IT Dept

Pros

They love technology and believe in their mission. They hold regular town hall meetings welcoming questions from all employees. Not afraid to answer difficult questions that face the industry. They have a game room.

Cons

Non-product team folks are second class citizens. Teams, like HR, IT and Facilities, end up in completely different subcultures from the rest of the organization and end up getting managed by the most incompetent yes-men (and women). I don’t think I ever saw someone from HR or Facilities in the game room. Bad at off-boarding people. Cancels access to Concur (Expense Reporting System) before canceling recurring charges on corporate card causing awkward conversations with American Express months after dismissal. No exit interviews.

A really great place to work if you're in a stable department - Amazing culture. Inspiring mission. - Autonomy. - People are excited about their work. - Great perks and benefits - Somewhat flex hours (depends on department) - Great coworkers (depends on department) - Nice office space and neighborhood - Incredible summer and winter parties - Lots of social events

Cons

- Not knowing if your job will exist tomorrow. - The marketing department has had four CMOs in the past four years. The most recent one came in and eliminated 12 jobs within 2 weeks of beginning the position. This happened two years ago as well.
