      Good ideas, but too many politics- toxic culture

      - flexible working time - relatively good salaries

      Cons

      - people get promoted not by merit but based on the connections in the company - politics - best technical projects are in USA - offshore teams in India slow down the development

      Pros

      I joined Shyft Analytics about 6 months ago and I am loving it so far. Everyone is very friendly and made my on boarding experience really positive overall. I find the people here to be approachable and really enjoy my colleagues. We also just moved into a beautiful new office in downtown Boston

      Cons

      the commute to Boston is longer for some, but once at the office it feels worth it
