      Think before you accept a position

      Pros

      You get to learn about yourself a lot, as a team member and a leader. You also get to see what reality is at a very fast paced company with a leadership team that is very political.

      Cons

      The downfall of Medidata is the HR leadership. Not truthful and they form alliances with certain people and the rest are screwed. Unless you kiss up to the HR team, you are not really getting anywhere in this company, irrespective of how good you are. Another word to the wise- dont express your opinions. They dont want it despite the politically correct things they say to you.

It sounds as though we may have failed you and for that we are sorry. We spend tremendous effort to drive and support our employee’s growth and our leader’s development.       Pros

      -Founders are still very passionate about the company -Intern program was well managed when it came to social events, exposure to many departments and the opportunity to learn more about them. -Fun happy hours and parties and fun company culture.

      Cons

      -While some (now former) HR employees were great at managing their programs, others are not. -Employees do not seem passionate about the actual product.

      - This is a place where we know we can learn. - There are lots of very knowledgeable people. - Management is really great, nice developer-friendly and astute. - Good work culture. - Nobody is too judgemental when one doesn't know a given subject: there is room for failure/improvement; - Company's eager to follow the market's latests best practices and adapts quickly (whenever possible, of course); - Free cappuccinos and free tea :)
