      Pros

      I really like working here. Unlimited Time Off, frequent parties, free food occasionally, free coffee/tea, rooftop outdoor area is really nice, people are all friendly

      Cons

      The 401k match is only 2%, other than that I do not see any cons

      Pros

      Tech company atmosphere. Unlimited PTO, casual work attire. Great people, great company parties.

      Cons

      Pertaining to FP&A and Finance dept specifically, high deliverables with often no understanding of process to get there, or lack of manpower to complete without working in overdrive. Too many unnecessary 'firedrills' on a daily basis. Tout work/life balance but seems to be other departments except FP&A.
