      Pros

      Unlimited time off. Game room. Work from home. If you stick around long enough, you will get promoted, even if you do not have the skills.

      Cons

      The company sold itself as a small company time, yet they were over 1000+ when I left. The company has grown so much that there are too many levels of management. Managers with 10+ years of employment with little management skills. It felt like I was working for a big bank or government. Not much got done. They also have an antiquated application.
