      Pros

      Exciting industry Trend-setting technology Commitment to personal development The company actually does well by doing good - bringing drugs to market faster and safer. Collaborative work environment, nice focus on teams

      Some policies are a little bit outdated and not flexible enough (time off for example)

      Pros

      - Able to work at home at times - Hours are sometimes flexible - There are smart people there at the company. - Smart IT group and system that was developed for this company. - Fast and Great HR

      Cons

      - The people who do the most work and keep the company alive are treated worse than bums off the street. - Underpaid - Attitude problems with upper management - If your not best friends with any sort of upper management there is no way you will get a raise or you will need to work 100x harder than someone who can be under qualified but best friends with the vice president - Company often under employs the necessary people needed for certain positions which causes a lot of internal and external problems - Terrible working conditions, either the ceiling would be leaking, electrical problems or jamming employees into one small area.

      Great people Fun atmosphere Ethical Innovative, there is always something being improved or revolutionized Great leadership team that is highly effective Fantastic growing company Diverse working environment

      Long hours - additional workload piled on to avoid hiring additional people, some individuals on some teams are stretched thin No clear path for what is next and how individuals grow within the company Frequent innovation means that you must handle change well
