Return to office policy, currently hybrid schedule. There is not much congruity between departments especially sales and professional services. Sales keeps selling products to customers, and often times when they should not have and project managers have to deal with the consequences. Annual raises are not standard Not much room for growth or internal transfers There is constant change, so it can be hard to keep up. Every team varies, but my CSP does not give a crap about how the team members are doing.

There isn’t really a foundation or a standard that medidata employees follow which can be hard to do your job. Different PM teams do things differently & can be confusing. Onboarding training is pretty much nonexistent too.
