standard benefits, good hours, pay- ok. great staff generally and a decent work environment

Cons

little room for growth, managed hapharzardly . unclear working guidelines, expectations and misleading information on company direction. no recognition for hard work, very little appreciation for employees.high turn over and changes happen more often than most companies.
