Pay is not worth the workload When someone resigns the company will spread all those duties to others who already work hard and have overwhelming workloads that management have no idea about They are hiring through a temp agency because no one will apply directly based on online reviews Raises are not to be expected and are not based on your work or the length of time you have had an ever-increasing amount of work
