Good for fresh out of college folks... leave after 4 years!

You won't get fired unless you steal or destroy something New hires make as much as folks who have been there 10 years Job experience for those out of school

Cons

Salary is pathetically low for anyone in the company more than 20 years No respect for long term employees who BUILT this place Upper management is CLUELESS and out of touch Nepotism/Favoritism in higher ranks is sad.. Paying emeritus for no reason at all (they were terrible when they worked so why are we still paying them a salary). No bonus.. no matching 401k.. Mismanaged retirement trust fund Too much middle management
