They micromanage everything. The latest is that they are forcing employees to go to their assigned buildings with assigned desks, even though they don't have enough desks for their employees. Additionally, instead of assigning us to the building that makes the most sense for our commute, they are forcing us to buildings that double people's commute. They have us documenting our time even though we're not doing any type of consulting. This started during COVID so they could keep track of what we're doing while working from home. Essentially, they don't treat their employees like adults who know how to manage their time and be productive. They have slowly moved us back to in-office 40% of the time even though everyone here can do their job remotely. Forget about the flexibility of working anywhere else but your listed address. They are so behind on the times. This would be bearable if they paid a decent wage.

Everything else! For those traveling they absolutely DO NOT care about your safety. They dismissed me and others about safety concerns to the sketchy towns we were traveling to. They do not reward work ethic whatsoever. No point in trying if you know you’re all gonna get the same $100 bonus (if you’re lucky). Meditech is a joke. It is actually laughable the way they operate. Only take this job if it’s the only one available right out of college and then take the experience and run!!
