Incentives have been taken away Low employee retention causes new hires to be undertrained and thrown into the job with no guidance and support Low employee retention causes an overwhelming amount of work for the rest of the team Micro management Underpaid compared to similar roles Traveling to not so great areas and having to share rental cars with peers so you are forced to have work conversations after work hours No recognition for efforts or excelling at the job
