Overall, okay. Extremely family oriented and very proprietary of all software.

90% coverage on health insurance. Extremely flexible and very family oriented. Always looking for lifetime employees, almost impossible to get fired.

Cons

Almost impossible to get fired, therefore many incompetent workers who just get shifted from job to job. Slow and old school approach to project creation. Not very open to "take charge" kind of attitude.
