Pros
They're flexible about work-life balance. The benefits are excellent; they're certainly a very family friendly company. There's a lot of female leadership at all levels including the C-suite. Most staff can work remotely part-time and save on the commute. They have a strong and welcoming company culture and promote exclusively from within. They focus on retaining employees for the long haul.
Cons
They only hire at entry level and their starting salaries reflect that, but you will get a raise almost every year. They also use a lot of bespoke technologies and programming languages, so depending on what group you end up in, you may not get much experience with tech stacks that are used by anyone else.
