Pros
They have a fitness center, subsidize cafeteria purchases, financially strong.
Cons
First, beware of some of the good reviews. Read them very carefully. The recruiting department was posting phony high ratings to attract more candidates. They rely on the Wonderlic test for hiring. Do poorly on the test and they will pass you up...no matter how well you interview. No work life balance, no work from home opportunities, very micro managed from top down, very understaffed everywhere, reactive not proactive company, very tactical not strategic, salaries way under market in every division. My advice, run for the hills unless you want to be under paid, over managed, and not get a nice flexible environment to work in. Every year they post how well the company has done yet the ratio of compensation and benefits aren't equalized with the companies success. Ha, they still page people on an intercom system...what a joke.
