      Pros

      They sent everything you need to work remote. But that's about it.

      Cons

      The training is complicated, There is no feedback from managers on how to improve your job performance but they're happy to fire you without it. Sure you can get experience but honestly the pay is below average and the work environment isn't set up for success.

      1. Highly qualified employees 2. Global team collaboration

      Cons

      1. No parents insurance 2. Very low pay scale 3. Exploiting working hours, 12 hours plus is demanding without overtime payment 4. No collaboration between Manager, they seek mistakes of each other 4. Blame culture among employees, employees look for dumping work on eachother. 5. Company is lagging behind technology, still in the loop of excel sheet and word documents. No one bother to implement advanced technology existing in market to work. 6. Any suggestions to advanced technology are rejected in the name of data privacy.
