Thank you for leaving a review. We are sorry to hear you have not been pleased with the resources and training programs we offer. Medpace provides ongoing training for our CRAs through our PACE (Professionals Achieving CRA Excellence) program. This is highly valued in our organization due to the collaboration it provides between our CRAs and management. We understand that in the first 2 years employees spend more time learning the business/industry than out in the field, and this is for a reason. We take pride in the quality of monitoring we provide at the sites and feel it’s important for employees to gain an understanding of the other roles we have at Medpace through the rotation prior to working on-site. In regard to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, this global pandemic is new to all of us. We are navigating as best as we can and assure you we are taking this very seriously. We are complying with CDC guidelines of social distancing in the organization, extra cleaning services regularly throughout the building, and are allowing employees to work from home (on a staggered schedule) every other week to ensure we help stop the spread. Employees with special circumstances are welcome to reach out to us and we will accommodate as necessary. As a healthcare company, we recognize the severity of the virus which is why we are following all guidance given by the CDC and state of Ohio. We also recognize the importance of the clinical trials we are currently running and the need to continue to fight all disease and continue our mission to accelerate the global development of safe and effective medical therapeutics. Our hope is to maintain full employment and to be prepared once this crisis passes.
