Management cannot retain good employees. Internal political obstacles can slow down the promotion process.

Great company to work - I feel valued as an employee and have the opportunity to work in a variety of tasks and projects. - good opportunity for progression based on performance - flexibility to transfer within teams - supportive management - good benefits such as 50% reimbursement of monthly travel for London employees - really nice office and fantastic location with amenities such as gym and pool - friendly and social environment - option to work from home 8 days per month - continuous review of employee benefits and pay by the company as those keep improving

Cons

- during busy periods managing workload can be a challenge - not allowed to work remotely full time (not a con for me but might be for some people)
