This company does not have respect for employees. If a company does not respect the individual who works for them then I would not rely on a drugs they study. Management is lacking proper training to work with individuals. I strongly believe a company should not hire or promote individuals without a management degree or years of experience. I suggest all candidates look elsewhere for a permanent position. If you want to work for a company that will show you respect and provide you with a strong future, this is not the place for you. Don't let the salary wow you because it can be gone in an instant. Training at this company is poor and then management blame the employee.

Health and dental plans are expensive when compared to other place I worked. Management is old school and based on old buddies from the past who have not really evolved in management and leadership skills. Very high school mentality.
