I enjoyed the nature of the work

Do not work here!! Very toxic environment. Very poor leadership. CEO micromanages everything and makes every decision in the company. Terrible pay and benefits- recruiters will talk up the bonus and merit but it’s “discretionary” and not actually based on how hard you work but more so if you’re liked by your manager who ranks you amongst other coworkers for bonus and merit! No transparency. Policy changes with little notice. They do not care about their employees and treat them like work horses.

Young workforce-great for new grads!

Cons

Young workforce-no one knows what they are doing, including managers Poor compensation, little-to-no transparency from upper management. It is clear that Medpace prioritizes high turnover to keep operation costs low...which works in the short-run, but the poor quality of the final product speaks for itself.

Decent salary, good people, decent benefits

Cons

Bad promotion and leadership development practices lead to managers who have no clue how to manage people and highly unbalanced work distribution. People who go above and beyond get taken advantage of. People who put on a good facade while doing very little get praised.
