Cons
You can’t work “remotely”. Remotely means virtually anywhere. You are stuck working wherever you initially set up your workspace because you have to use a hard wired connection. Cannot work via wifi at all. The micromanaging is HORRIBLE. You have to track every minute of every day on a spreadsheet. You have to document every account you work on a spreadsheet, even though they can go into EPIC and see what you’ve worked on. The workload to me is unrealistic. 40-50 claims a day may work if you’re only using online portals and never stopping to do anything but when you account for phone calls, and the time it takes to document everything in spreadsheets, it’s not realistic at all. Pay is not enough for the expected workload
