Pros

Meeting Tomorrow has had its fair share of turbulent periods over the years but they always seem to come back to making the people, culture, & values their priority. These are the things that make MT a great company to work and they know it.

Cons

Certain roles seem to have limited growth opportunity, but that also may be part of working at a small/medium-sized company.

Pros

We have a great team - I joined during the middle of the pandemic and the team as a whole did a great job rallying given all the uncertainty. The leadership team prioritized keeping the team together and did no layoffs despite a lot of uncertainty in our industry. All our jobs had to flex and change a lot and we had to do things not in our job description as our business shifted but we came out a better company for it. Additionally, everyone was super friendly which was really important with so much change and joining a new company in a remote capacity. The values & culture - Lots of companies talk about values and culture but it feels like Meeting Tomorrow really lives this. Values come up often and are used to make business and customer decisions. This led to some significant investments in our community last year and I'm hoping we keep doing this. The commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The company has made some good commitments and, I believe, is going about this important work in the right way. This included immediate changes as well as more long term changes.

Cons

We have had to flex and change a lot in the last year. As our market is settling down we need to be clearer on where we are going and make sure we are all going there together. Thankfully, everyone is friendly and we are working on it together but a little bit more clarity and planning would help us get there faster and with fewer unexpected changes
