Pros

There are truly great people at Meeting Tomorrow- everyone is out to help others, be friends, and work together toward improving the company and accomplishing goals. The culture as a whole is what makes the company so successful- happy employees leads to happy customers. The upper management team truly cares about the company, and more specifically- the well being of the employees. Meeting Tomorrow makes you feel very important to the organization, and not just a number.

Cons

Being a smaller company, leadership roles are not always available. With the way the company is growing, however, I am sure additional management positions will be put into place, allowing employees to move forward in their career goals.

Pros

Meeting Tomorrow is a company that truly values it's employees. Working for a company that is invested in your happiness is really refreshing and makes coming to work every day a pleasure. The values of Meeting Tomorrow strongly align with my personal values so I always know what criteria decisions are being made with: commitment, kindness and humility. In addition, as a National Account Executive my job is easier because I know that when I set expectations with my clients, everyone at Meeting Tomorrow will do their part in making sure the expectations are met. I love working at a place that that values doing the right thing at any expense. Beyond valuing employees, vendors and clients to the highest degree, Meeting Tomorrow is a really fun place to work! Between pancake breakfast, chili cook-off, whirlyball and colleagues that enjoy spending time together outside of work, there is rarely a dull moment here!

Cons

There is a lot of room for growth at Meeting Tomorrow but not in a traditional sense. As a growing company, there is a lot of structure being put in place but currently navigating your career can be difficult if you are used to the way many large companies work. At Meeting Tomorrow there is currently no direct path to a leadership role although I am sure that there eventually will be one.

Pros

Meeting Tomorrow is the company that you think does not exist in the corporate world - it's a group of hard working people that care about each other and the success of the company. Everyone at Meeting Tomorrow genuinely enjoys going to work and the people that they work with. It's more of a big family versus a job.

Cons

I think that the only downside of working at Meeting Tomorrow is that once your'e in, you never want to leave!
