Pros

The people are incredible. A true value of work/life balance— not just talk. Fantastic benefits. Fully remote workplace that values their employees and treats them with kindness.

Cons

Honestly, none. It’s a growing company but has paced themselves really well. Some improvements to workflow could be made, but they’ve always been proactive about seeing and understanding that and actively working towards solutions.

Best Place to Work!

Pros

The energy of the events industry is exhilarating, and there's always something new and exciting. But what truly sets us apart is our incredible team – my colleagues are genuinely supportive, making every challenge a collaborative win. Knowing the real impact we have, creating unforgettable experiences for our clients and their guests, is incredibly rewarding.

Cons

Events don't always happen 9-to-5. Early mornings, late nights, weekends, and travel are often part of the job, especially leading up to and during an event. However, MT does a great job managing people's capacity especially during busy seasons.

A People-First Company That Truly Lives Its Values

Pros

Meeting Tomorrow is truly a people-first company. The values, culture, and kindness of everyone here—including the CEO and the Founder—are the main reasons I’ve stayed as long as I have. It has always been obvious that MT genuinely cares about more than just the bottom line, consistently giving back to both employees and the broader community through regular profit-sharing bonuses, charitable contributions, and a strong commitment to sustainability (including being carbon neutral!).

Cons

Career and growth opportunities do exist, but depending on your role, you’ll likely need to advocate for yourself and carve your own path. Promotions, role changes, and added responsibilities are absolutely possible—but the process isn’t always clearly defined and may not feel as straightforward as it might at other companies. That said, the company openly acknowledges this and is actively working to improve it in good faith. It is true that the pay is fair and competitive, but, I would say that it's on the lower end of "fair". Despite the pay being slightly below average, I have always told people that I don't work here for the money. I can do a version of my job almost anywhere and MT's culture and general quality of life tradeoff for me is more than worth it and I still highly recommend this company!

Thank you so much for this thoughtful review. We're incredibly grateful for your kind words about our people, values, and culture—it means so much to hear that they are the main reasons you've stayed with us. We hear your feedback about career paths and compensation. As a growing company, we know we need to create clearer, more defined paths for advancement, and we're actively working on this. We also appreciate your honesty about our pay. We continuously evaluate our compensation to ensure it's competitive, and we're committed to making sure our team feels valued and fairly compensated for their hard work.
