Lots of room for growth, lots of learning opportunities and the amount of support that your managers provide is unparalleled. Plus its a high starting salary comparative to minimum wage AND they match up to 6% for your 401k

Cons

Dealing with the members can be tiresome at times. You have to grow a thick skin at certain locations.

Pay is very good and calibrated often according to industry standards. Company is continually growing and adding jobs/positions.

Cons

Branch management could sometimes be tough to work with because of their attitude. Company did not seem to put that much value on education.
